When should a burner fuel pump be replaced?버너 연료펌프는 언제 교체합니까?
Replace or overhaul it when discharge pressure will not hold at the set value, noise or vibration increases, or oil leaks along the shaft. Check the suction strainer and the coupling first, since a blocked strainer or worn coupling gives the same symptoms. If the pump is worn, send the maker, model and nameplate photo and we will check stock.설정 압력이 유지되지 않거나, 소음·진동이 커지거나, 축 주변으로 기름이 새면 교체 또는 분해 정비 시점입니다. 흡입 스트레이너 막힘과 커플링 마모도 같은 증상을 내므로 먼저 확인합니다. 펌프 마모가 맞다면 메이커, 모델, 명판 사진을 보내주시면 재고를 확인해 드립니다.
What causes ignition failure on a marine boiler?선박 보일러 점화 불량의 원인은 무엇입니까?
The usual causes are fouled or mis-gapped electrodes, a faulty ignition transformer or cable, a dirty flame detector, a blocked atomizer or an interrupted fuel supply. Check them in that order, starting with the electrodes. Send the burner maker and model if a part needs replacing.점화 전극의 카본 부착이나 간극 불량, 점화 트랜스·고압 케이블 불량, 화염 감지기 오염, 분무기 막힘, 연료 공급 중단이 대표적인 원인입니다. 전극부터 순서대로 확인합니다. 교체가 필요하면 버너 메이커와 모델을 알려주세요.

How do I read an SKF bearing number?SKF 베어링 번호는 어떻게 읽습니까?
The last two digits of the basic number are the bore code. From 04 upward, multiply by 5 to get the bore in mm: 6205 is 25 mm, 6308 is 40 mm and 22216 E is 80 mm. Suffixes such as 2RS1 (contact seals both sides) or C3 (larger clearance) change the specification, so quote the full number when ordering. What is the difference between genuine and O.E.M supply?정품과 O.E.M 공급은 어떻게 다릅니까?
Genuine is the maker's own part, supplied in the maker's packing. O.E.M is an equivalent part supplied when the maker part is discontinued or the lead time is unacceptable. Which applies to a given part depends on the maker and the item.
